Having been part of the academic journal Afkar's editorial board for two years now, I was honored to design the covers and layouts for two most recent issues. These issues feature great independent research papers from undergraduate students concerning study of the Middle East.

This whack-a-mole game was a project from my creative coding course. The aim was to create a gaming experience with complete mechanics including scoring systems, start and win/lose scenes, and user feedback.
It also incorporates graphics drawn by me and 8-bit music to emulate old school 8-bit games. The game uses an external library, the p5.play engine, using sprite animations to achieve a more interactive interface.

This card set was made for my Visual Foundation Studio course as an exercise in modularity, gestalt principles, and hierarchical design.

In the spirit of the Bauhaus, pips representing card suit were replaced with a circle (♠), triangle (♣), square (♦), and organic gestural design (♥). Design elements were limited to these with no type.

A generative art sketch using the p5.js creative coding library to emulate a ripple effect.

An audiovisual sketch of a wizard casting different spells made using p5.js. This was a midterm project for my Creative Coding course in fall of 2023.
